Per has long experience leading and coaching companies in different development and change processes stages. As CFO, managing director, and business owner he has managed start-ups, companies undergoing rapid expansion, and companies going through change of ownership and professionalisation processes.

Per has significant international experience having lived and worked in several European countries in addition to his native Sweden.
